Travel FAQ – Getting to Blue Ridge, GA

Nearest Airport: Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson (ATL) is the closest major airport. The drive from ATL to Blue Ridge is about 2 hours.
Car Rental: Renting a car is the most reliable option. Many participants prefer this so they have flexibility during the weekend.
Carpooling: If you’d like to avoid renting a car, you may be able to coordinate carpooling with other attendees. Let me know if you’d like to be connected closer to the retreat.
Private Driver/Car Service: Some participants arrange a private driver or car service, though this option tends to be more costly than a rental.
Uber/Lyft: It may be possible to book a rideshare (Uber/Lyft) from Atlanta to Blue Ridge. However, since it’s a two-hour drive into the mountains, drivers can be hard to secure for that distance, and the fare is often $150–$200+ one way.

Plant Medicine & Hapé Certification FAQ

Is plant medicine required to participate in the training? No. The Weekend Healers Training is a complete experience on its own. You’ll receive all of the tools, practices, and teachings whether or not you choose to join the plant medicine add-on.
When does the plant medicine ceremony happen? The optional plant medicine ceremony and hapé certification are offered on Sunday evening after the training concludes.
Is it included in the training price? No. This offering is an additional experience at a separate cost and is not part of the Weekend Healers Training tuition.
Do I have to participate? Not at all. Your participation in the training does not depend on plant medicine in any way. It is completely optional.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy (Please Read)

We understand life can shift unexpectedly.

To protect the integrity of the retreat and respect our preparation time, the following policy applies:

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Cancellations 90+ days out = 75% of your payment (excluding deposit) credited toward a future retreat

• 45–90 days = 50% credit

• 30 days or less = 25% credit

• All credits are subject to approval and valid for a limited time

• Transfers to another date/location are processed as partial credits under the same timelines
