Cancellation & Transfer Policy (Please Read) 

We understand life can shift unexpectedly. 

To protect the integrity of the retreat and respect our preparation time, the following policy applies: 

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

• Cancellations 90+ days out = 75% of your payment (excluding deposit) credited toward a future retreat 

• 45–90 days = 50% credit 

• 30 days or less = 25% credit 

• All credits are subject to approval and valid for a limited time 

• Transfers to another date/location are processed as partial credits under the same timelines
